Prayers

I just received word earlier this afternoon that our church‘s head pastor has passed away due to Covid complications. Please lift up the Sumrall family.

Edit # 2 hubs and brother got in around 8 last night (8/30) both were beyond tired, (took them 6 hours to make a 4.5 hr trip due to weather.) still damp (they had to travel home in wet clothes, they took several changes but due to the storms all changes were wet), hubs was so tired he didn’t even eat supper or a snack ,came in talked to us for about 30 min and to bed he went.

Edit: just talked to hubs.. he’s not in a good mood, been in the rain most of the day and is beyond soaking wet. both him and brother aren’t feeling the best due to lack of sleep, driving and the stress on them due to circumstances please say a prayer neither gets sick. Brother has health issues.

My hubs and his brother had to make an emergency trip to Destin this morning. they left around 415 and are trying take care of their mom, she had a situation to arise and needed their help.

The outer band storms from the hurricane aren’t making the trip an easy one.

For my oldest, Lani, she’s not adjusting to having to move colleges due to circumstances beyond her control of the old one closing. She is very upset and not sleeping well. I told her one day at a time. She is very shy amd somewhat of a “hermit” for a small description of her personality and it’s hard for her make friends..so she’s discouraged in many ways.
